Video and Computer Analysis

Use of video and computer analysis allows you to see exactly what you are doing in the swing. Swings can be saved and used as a comparison to future swings or Pro models.

The first key to improving technique is understanding what you actually do and then learning what you should be doing.

Areas that can be easily assessed include:-

Swing plane
Body sways, tilts, drops and raises
Club angles
Loss of posture
Early release

The list goes on!

Video can be used in all standard lessons.

The areas that cannot be seen on video include rotations, speeds of the various body segments and the sequencing of the movement.
